Stuart has over 25 years' experience as a Structural Engineer working in the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. He has gained experience in a wide range of projects ranging from heavy industrial to residential construction. His recent workload has been dominated by seismic assessment & design work.

Joshua has 15 years’ experience in the engineering industry with the last nine years as a practicing structural engineer. He is competent in structural design and analysis of a variety of low rise industrial, commercial projects, and architectural homes. More recently, his work has been dominated by detailed seismic assessments and strengthening projects.

Bob is recognised as one of Whanganui's more experienced valuation practitioners, with over 30 years' experience as a Registered Valuer of residential, commercial, industrial and lifestyle properties within the Whanganui region. Bob is a wealth of knowledge regarding the local property market, and has a particular interest in rural lifestyle properties.

Ian has had over 30 years’ experience as a Consulting Engineer in Whanganui, the last 28 years as Director of BPL Group. In that period he has been responsible for a broad range of projects from initial concepts, to design and construction management. He was part of a design-build project for the New Plymouth City Council which was awarded an ACENZ Gold Award of Excellence in 2003.
